My Method

While I am familiar with the ADDIE and SAM processes for instructional design, I do not strictly subscribe to a particular process. I believe this should be dependent on the project and organization.

For learning methodology, I reference the Gange adult learning theory and generally follow the Kirkpatrick model for evaluation.
