The Creative Process

Having grown up with two siblings with Down syndrome, I became an educator and advocate at a young age. My whole life involved finding creative solutions to help my siblings learn what they needed for play, hygiene, dress, and other daily tasks. This creative problem solving allows me to help others access the knowledge they need through e-learning development and instructional design for adult learners.

I am a firm believer that even the most complex information can be made accessible, and that the goal of any learning should be application. Therefore, learning should be "hands-on" (even in virtual environments!) and driven by specific application outcomes (what should the learner be able to DO with this information?).  Through utilizing AI tools and applying proven adult learning methodologies, training can be transformed into an exciting and engaging experience!
